DezoCraft Store Terms of Service

By purchasing any products from the DezoCraft Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made on the DezoCraft Store and are binding upon acceptance.

1. Rules Compliance

Purchasing items from the DezoCraft Store does not grant immunity from DezoCraft Network rules. Violations of these rules may still result in disciplinary action, regardless of any purchases made.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available if a parent or guardian requests them in cases where a child used their PayPal account without permission. This policy allows for refunds up to three times, after which store purchases will be blocked either upon request or by default after the third occurrence.

3. Billing Information

By making a purchase, you confirm that all billing information provided is accurate and belongs to you. This includes, but is not limited to, the billing address, credit or debit card information, and PayPal account details. 4. Purchase Delivery Time

Delivery times for purchased items may vary. While most items are delivered instantly, some may take up to 24 hours. If you experience issues with your purchase, please contact dezocraftofficial@gmail.com with your transaction ID and purchase date for verification, so we can assist you.

5. Chargebacks and Repercussions

By purchasing from the DezoCraft Store, you agree not to initiate chargebacks on any transactions. Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban from the DezoCraft Store and the DezoCraft Network. To resolve chargeback-related issues and have the ban lifted, you must repay the original purchase amount plus any associated chargeback fees we incurred. Please email dezocraftofficial@gmail.com with a valid transaction ID and purchase date for instructions on the repayment process.

6. Suspension of Purchases

Failure to adhere to these terms may lead to restrictions on future purchases and potential disciplinary action within the DezoCraft Network.
